HERD Pharmacy is currently an offline store in Nagpur and Wardha. You may visit any of our store with your prescription and purchase medicines. We also home deliver through your nearest HERD Pharmacy. ​The sale of medicines can only be done by a licensed pharmacy under the supervision of a pharmacist. As per the government regulations, patient must be in possession of the original prescription at the time of delivery. So keep it handy when our delivery personnel comes to visit you.

Yes, you can buy other substitutes if your prescription lists the salt names instead of a brand name. You can always encourage your doctor to write salt names on your prescription instead of a specific brand name.

We at HERD Pharmacy have a strong supply chain management procedure. We have verified and authorised vendors listed by the manufacturer. The product is we provide have been supplied directly by the vendors associated with the Company and the Vendor concerned shall solely be responsible for the authenticity and genuineness of the product so ordered.

For new prescriptions - Get in touch with our pharmacist your nearest HERD Pharmacy Store or call us at any of our store numbers. ​ Refill- Get yourself enrolled for our Long Term Medication(LMC) Program and be assured to receive a reminder call 2 days prior to your refill date.

We accept all kinds of payment modes. Cash, COD, Credit Card, Debit Card, PayTm, Phonepe, UPI. ​ For regular customers we also accept payments to cheque.

We accept returns if the medicine provided to you does not match your order, or if the medicine is past its expiry date. Please check your orders at the time of delivery/or before leaving the counter and ask for any return/exchange before you pay. *In certain cases we also have a 7 day return window
