Can I know whether the Pharmacy is licensed

Certainly, all our pharmacies are licensed pharmacies offering prescription medications at the store and through door-delivery. As per the FDA regulaions we have displayed the licenses at a visible location at all our stores.

Does HERD Pharmacy sell only medicines?

Accepted Answer

Certainly not. HERD Pharmacy also have a wide range of FMCG Products(Personal,Hair,Skin,Mother&Child,Grooming,Hygenie) Devices and Aids, Surgicals etc.

How will I get my medicines?

Accepted Answer

HERD Pharmacy is currently an offline store in Nagpur and Wardha. You may visit any of our store with your prescription and purchase medicines. We also home deliver through your nearest HERD Pharmacy. 
​The sale of medicines can only be done by a licensed pharmacy under the supervision of a pharmacist.
As per the government regulations, patient must be in possession of the original prescription at the time of delivery. So keep it handy when our delivery personnel comes to visit you.

Can I buy generic brand prescriptions even though my doctor prescribed me a brand name medication?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can buy other substitutes if your prescription lists the salt names instead of a brand name. You can always encourage your doctor to write salt names on your prescription instead of a specific brand name.

How do I know the medicines delivered are authentic?

Accepted Answer

We at HERD Pharmacy have a strong supply chain management procedure. We have verified and authorised vendors listed by the manufacturer. The product is we provide have been supplied directly by the vendors associated with the Company and the Vendor concerned shall solely be responsible for the authenticity and genuineness of the product so ordered.

How do I refill or order new prescriptions?

For new prescriptions - Get in touch with our pharmacist your nearest HERD Pharmacy Store or call us at any of our store numbers.

Refill- Get yourself enrolled for our Long Term Medication(LMC) Program and be assured to receive a reminder call 2 days prior to your refill date.

How can I pay for my medicines and purchases from HERD Pharmacy?

We accept all kinds of payment modes. Cash, COD, Credit Card, Debit Card, PayTm, Phonepe, UPI.

For regular customers we also accept payments to cheque.

Question 8

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We accept returns if the medicine provided to you does not match your order, or if the medicine is past its expiry date.
Please check your orders at the time of delivery/or before leaving the counter and ask for any return/exchange before you pay.
