Returns, Cancellation and Shipping

1.1.    Definition- Return' means an act of giving back the product ordered at the HERD Pharmacy portal by the consumer. The following situations may arise which may cause the action of return of a product:

1.1.1.    Product(s) delivered do not match your order;
1.1.2.    Product(s) delivered are past or near to its expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry);
1.1.3.    Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit 
1.1.4.    Product(s) delivered to you were for a higher/lower value and you don’t want to pay the difference

1.2.    Please check for any damage during the delivery and if you find any tampering or damage please do not accept the delivery of the product Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the particular product, in such cases, we will offer a refund.

 

1.3.    Any return to be addressed should be within 48hours of returning the product

 

1.4.    HERD also reserves the right to cancel the Return request, if the customer reaches out to HERD after 48hours of delivery.

 

1.5.    If HERD finds that the request is genuine, it will initiate the Return and Refund process. HERD shall process the refund only once it has received the confirmation from the concerned store in respect of the contents of the product relating to that refund.

 

1.6.    In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, HERD reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by HERD in this regard.

 

1.7.    The returns are subject to the below conditions:-

1.7.1.    Any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for Return;
1.7.2.    Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the invoice;
1.7.3.    Return requests arising due to change in prescription do not qualify for Return;
1.7.4.    Product being returned should only be in their original manufacturer's packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code, and invoice; and
1.7.5.    Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened strips or products can be returned.

1.8.    Category of Non-Returnable Product:  Certain categories of products marked as non-returnable. The details of the non-returnable products are mentioned below:

1.8.1.    Temperature Controlled and Specialty Medicines

1.8.1.1.    Vaccines
1.8.1.2.    Injection
1.8.1.3.    Insulins- Penfills, Vials
1.8.1.4.    Any other Cold Storage Product

 

1.8.2.    Baby care

1.8.2.1.    Feeding Products
1.8.2.2.    Diapers

 

1.8.3.    Nutritional Drinks and Health Supplements

 

1.8.4.    Devices and Aids

1.8.4.1.    Glucometer and its strips
1.8.4.2.    Surgicals
1.8.4.3.    BP Monitor
1.8.4.4.    Oxymeter
1.8.4.5.    Face Masks and other protection gear

 

1.8.5.    Sexual Wellness

1.8.5.1.    Condoms
1.8.5.2.    Fertility Kits
1.8.5.3.    Lubricants
1.8.5.4.    Pregnancy Kits

1.9.    RETURN PROCESS:

1.9.1.    For Return intimation, please visit https://www.herdpharmacy.com/ or alternatively call us at +91 9307300093 (Open 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM from Monday – Saturday).
1.9.2.    HERD customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of receipt of the complaint.
1.9.3.    Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, HERD will initiate the collection of the product(s) to be returned.
1.9.4.    The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
1.9.5.    Refund will be completed within 30 (thirty) days from date of reverse pick up (if required).

1.10.  REFUND PROCESS:

1.10.1.    In all the above cases, if the claim is found to be valid, Refund will be made as mentioned below:
1.10.2.    Order placed through the online wallet will be credited to the wallet; and
1.10.3.    Order placed through cash on delivery will be refunded through fund transfer to the customer bank account.

1.11.  SHIPPING CHARGES

1.11.1.    Estimated shipping charges are calculated as per the value of the order and can be viewed in the cart section at the time of checkout. For any further shipping related information, please write to sales@herdfound.org

1.12.  CANCELLATION POLICY

1.12.1.    Customer cancellation:  The customer can cancel the order for the product till HERD ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.
1.12.2.    HERD cancellation: There may be certain orders that HERD or its partners are unable to accept and service and these may need to be canceled. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified by our partners.
1.13.     HERD also reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by HERD as per certain criteria. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets with the below-mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:
1.13.1.    Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale;
1.13.2.    Multiple orders placed for the same product at the same address;
1.13.3.    Bulk quantity of the same product ordered;
1.13.4.    Invalid address given in order details;
1.13.5.    Any malpractice used to place the order.
1.13.6.    No cancellation charges shall be levied for the cancellation of an order in accordance with the terms of this policy.
